XllentGuidance is founded by Lexia Emerenciana, born in Bonaire, raised in Nijmegen and at home in Amsterdam. In April 2010 Lexia was announced Aanstormend OndernemersTalent 2010 and according to entrepreneurs magazine Sprout and Next Women ‘a woman you simple have to meet’..

Why XllentGuidance?

Daughter of a Dutch mother and father from the Antilles, these diverse backgrounds have formed her: Lexia combines passion, charm, purpose and dynamic enthusiasm with a wholesome, alert and rational mind.
During her career she has worked with corporations such as ABN AMRO, Martinair, Design Bridge, SBS6, Eyeworks and Holland Casino to further develop her organizational and communicative talents.

In 2008 she founded her business for Lifestyle Management with a personal touch: XllentGuidance, personal guidance par excellence for expats, companies and private persons.
