2.5% of XllentGuidance’s revenues are donated to the Dutch Cystic Fibrosis Stichting (NCFS).

The Cystic Fibrosis Stichting initiates and propagates scientific research for cystic fibrosis, the battle for sufficient facilities and adequate treatment of cystic fibrosis, and obtaining and providing information for patients, their parents and professionals.

Cystic fibrosis is a serious inherited disease. Until now the disease remains incurable and progressively effects lungs, liver, pancreas and intestines. In the Netherlands an estimated 1300 people suffer from it. Their average life expectancy is currently about 35 to 40 years old. By donating, XllentGuidance supports the Cystic Fibrosis Stichting to enlarge research opportunities globally.

In 2007 I produced a TV commercial for the Cystic Fibrosis Stichting. Together with my crew our work for this commercial was free of charge. Prior to this cooperation, I’d never heard of Cystic Fibrosis. Seeing the patients and hearing their personal stories touched me deeply. Finalizing the production I decided to donate 2.5% of my income to this foundation.
