Our Aftercare servicedesk readily provides expats with answers that stimulate an immediate, autonomous continuation. For (working) expats notably, we are open after office hours. Enough with all the questions for colleagues or HR, turn to us and you’re ready to move!
What we do for you
We have the answer to all practical questions, for instance:
- Translating and explaining mail and letters (i.e. utilities, landlord, taxes)
- Internet banking
- Trustworthy daycare/nanny services
- Insurance or taxes
- House hunting
- Reservations for (movie)theaters
- Addresses for general physician, dentist, catering, Internet providers, tax consultants, bike rental, and more

Opening hours
Apart from regular office hours, our Aftercare servicedesk is available on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
For a meeting, please make an appointment with one of our consultants here. Questions sent through email are usually answered within 24 hours.
Rates
For private persons:
The Aftercare servicedesk consists of a digital ticket stripcard valid for 10 times 15 minutes of advice. Price: € 150, V.A.T. included.
For companies:
The company rate is € 250, V.A.T. excluded per month per expat. For 10 or more employees or families a group discount is available.
