Assignment

The Miami based dressage rider Karin Offield is in need of two furnished homes in Veghel to train and teach at Anky van Grunsven’s facilities. She’s bringing two horses, one of them Olympic champion Lingh, two grooms and two dogs. Apart from lodging she’ll need short lease cars, equipment and a housekeeper.

Proceedings

We keep in touch through e-mail and Skype. XllentGuidance scouts for lodging, handles contract negotiations and presents houses. English speaking housekeepers that are both experienced cooks and fond of dogs are found and interviewed. Furthermore XllentGuidance handles all additional issues.

In the end the initial six months are prolonged to a year and XllentGuidance finds a house and pet sitter during the holiday season, when Karin returns to America for three weeks.
